These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bangla Plas platform and all its services. By registering on Bangla Plas or using any of our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Please read them carefully in full before registering.

Deposits and withdrawals on Bangla Plas can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

If you have an active bonus on your account, its wagering requirements must be fulfilled before you can make a withdrawal. If a withdrawal block related to a bonus is in place, please contact Support.

If a withdrawal is delayed for any reason, it may take up to 48 hours if account verification has not been completed. This delay does not apply to verified accounts.

When placing bets on Bangla Plas, the following rules must be observed:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the Cash Out option is available for Live Betting.
• If a match is cancelled or ends in a draw, the bet will be settled in accordance with the official rules.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be fully refunded.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market — the specific limit is displayed on each betting market.

For lottery: the draw takes place at a scheduled time after all tickets have been sold. Results cannot be changed once the draw is complete. Bangla Plas lottery draws are conducted using a fully random algorithm.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangla Plas and may result in permanent account termination:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using false information or through exploitative methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Attempting to infiltrate the system or manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Match Fixing: Any illegal activity related to the outcome of any game or event.
• Allowing Minors to Access: Allowing anyone under 18 years of age to use your account.

If any of these prohibited activities are suspected, Bangla Plas reserves the right to conduct an investigation at any time. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during the course of the investigation.

• Each member can set their own daily and monthly spending limits.
• You may request a temporary cooling-off period.

Bangla Plas will not be held liable for the following:

• Disruption to the gaming experience due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses caused by issues with your own device or software.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party providers, such as payment processors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.

Maximum liability will never exceed the real-money balance in your account. Bonuses and expected winnings are not covered under this liability.

Bangla Plas may update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised accordingly.
